I never understood why a man who lives under water would want long hair and a beard. It would only slow him down while swimming.
Here I have shortened Arthur's hair and gave him the option to trim down his outerwear while wearing underwear.
This is why the design of Marvel's Namor always made more sense to me. He's a swimming superhero who wears only trunks. I can't vouch for the ankle feathers.
