Found this gem at one of my favorite old timey bookstores in Cooperstown, NY Willis Monie Books I would scan or photograph more pages but it would take me a long time. I may still add more when I find the time. The interior is in excellent condition and it only cost me $5US.
The book is quite exhaustive from what I can tell. The detail is in-depth as you can get with this topic. I guess you would expect that with someone with the name of Lancelot Hogben.
