I usually lay the colors first to avoid the running and messy blending of the black line, but since I was going for deranged clowns, I decided to color over the black to bring a dirtiness to the colors. messy but effective. added an Irish clown in the background since St. Patrick's Day is on it's way.

Clown
illustrated for SFG: clown.
